I think it’s silly, anyway. If dumb people can get tattoos of Chinese characters, Japanese haikus or any other cultural image/reference, dumb people can also get tattoos of dreamcatchers if they so please. Sure, it’s not the most tasteful, but certainly not the most offensive, either.
